To book on to an event as a Player both a booking form and a deposit are required to secure your place.  Bookings are taken in a first come first served basis until all spaces are gone.

Anyone still wishing to book on after all spaces are taken may go on a reserve list should a space become free.

Deposits can be paid via Paypal to the address payments@fadedglorylrp.co.uk or by using the 'Pay Now' buttons on our web sites.  If you do not have access to Paypal please contact the Design Team at Design.Team@fadedglorylrp.co.uk for alternative payment arrangements.

All attendees of our events must agree to abide by our code of conduct for events which can be found here:  Code of Conduct

Please make sure you have read and understood the Code of Conduct before booking on to an event.  By booking on to the event you are agreeing to abide by the rules laid out within the Code of Conduct.

Emergency Contact and Details about medical conditions will only be used in the event of an emergency at our event and will be passed to Emergency Services to ensure that they are aware of anything that might cause complications.  The only the most up to date information will be kept and only as long as you are regularly attending Faded Glory events.
